Schloss Pillnitz(Pillnitz Castle) lies directly on the river Elbe and is one of the best examples of chinoiserie in Europe. Together with the surrounding park and English gardens the castle forms an extraordinary ensemble and is harmoniously embedded in the landscape of river and grape growing mountains.

Savour the panoramic view while having dinner on your private balcony (6,4 m2) fitted out with a 4-piece bistro table set. Situated high on the slope you can see the sun set until the last rays reflect in the Elbe.

The kitchen diner is another lovely spot to have breakfast or dinner at your leisure. Its cosy dining area offers room for up to five. The kitchen is spacious and so fully equipped that you will have no trouble preparing and serving some tasty food.

The living room with leather armchair and ditto 2.5 seater sofa is a comfortable place to enjoy each other's company. It offers immediate access to the balcony and fantastic views all around.

There is a sofabed in a separate area of the living room. The perfect place to read a book and, unfolded, it is a good quality bed for two.

The master bedroom has two boxspring beds for maximum sleeping comfort. A sofa bed offers a third sleeping place in this room. Should you require a fourth sleeping place, you just pull out the bed from underneath the boxsprings.

Of course there is a bathroom with washbasins, toilet and spacious shower area with massage showerhead.

The second toilet, that you share with Moritzburg, the apartment next door, is in the stairwell.
