See the apartment survey on this website to check the availability of the apartments. Reservations can be fully made online. The reservationform, for each apartment, can be found by selecting more [Details]. You can consult the vailability calendar here as well (always up-to-date).
After selecting the day of arrival en – departure, you can fill in the required information fields and optional services to see how much the selected options will cost.
After you have gone through the reservation form, and clicked on [Weiter] (continue) you will be presented with a brief summary of all the information you have given.
If this is correct and you agree with our AGB (Terms & Conditions), click on [Jetzt kostenpflichtig buchen] (Book now).
Villa Richter will then send an e-mail to the e-mail address you gave us on the reservation form. Your reservation request will now be taken into consideration and recorded on the reservation calendar.
Within 24 hours you will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation plus an invoice.
Once the down payment / deposit have been fulfilled on time, your booking is definite. A standard period of five days to review your reservation applies, which starts at the moment of booking. Within this period you can, without any obligation, cancel your reservation by sending an e-mail with the details of your reservation to Villa Richter.
Please note that the full rent and cleaning costs (and suchlike) on the invoice must be paid 28 days before the start of your stay at the latest. After receipt of the invoice amount, you will receive a confirmation of your payment with your visitors card and the parking permit as an attachment.
Should you make a reservation within this time frame (last-minute-booking), all costs on the invoice must be paid on the day you make a reservation.

If necessary, reservations can also be made by giving the required information over the phone or in writing.
Reservations are dealt with in order of arrival. If your invoice has not been paid on time, the apartment may be conceded to the next applicant.
