Payment options
After succesfully completing Villa Richter's booking procedure, you will receive an invoice by e-mail with the following information:
Villa Richter's account number,
-
total amount due,
-
final date for payment and
-
the Reservationnumber, which you must mention in your transfer.
Use these data to transfer your down payment into Villa Richter's account.
As soon as Villa Richter has received the down payment, your reservation will be converted into a definite booking. The down payment also serves as a deposit.
Please note, that if you fail to pay within the specified time you will forfeit your reservation within 7 days.
The total amount due and the deposit must be transferred to our account 4 weeks before your stay at the latest.
If you make a reservation within this 4 week period, a so-called last-minute-reservation, the total amount due and the deposit must be paid immediately.
After receipt of the invoice amount, you will receive a confirmation of your payment with your visitors card and the parking permit (if requisted) as an attachment.
For privacy reasons, the Commerzbank does not state your IBAN on the account statement. We therefore ask you to state this, together with the invoice number, with the transfer. The deposit will then fully refundable within 14 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
If the deposit and/or remaining amount has not been credited within the payment term, we will notify you.
If you would like a payment confirmation for the down payment/deposit, you will receive this upon request.
To receive your invoice in the standardized ZUGFeRD format, please select this option when booking.
For customers outside the European Union we offer PayPal to reduce fees.
Unfortunately, we do not offer the option of cash payment or credit card transfers.
